Preparation, preparation, preparation

Preparation is 90% of any good paint job. Sure we could just throw a coat of paint on your house but we prefer to go the extra mile to ensure the longevity of your paint job.    We begin with power washing the exterior to remove loose dirt, we scrape, we sand to feather out the edges, we prime any bare or new wood, we caulk all areas needing calk and then, we apply the finish paint.   We fill wood pecker holes and if we encounter any rotted wood we can replace it.

We repair all nail holes and repair any damaged drywall. We clean moldy areas with TSP or bleach.   We prime all repaired and stained surfaces.   We caulk where needed and then we apply two coats of finish paint.   We can replace damaged trim.   We can install new trim.

We pressure wash all surface areas using a cleaning agent to remove stains and mold.   We can replace rotted wood.   We can even enlarge or change the style of your deck. Lastly we will seal your deck with quality sealer.
